Basic Policy on Disclosure

Ascentech K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that disclosing appropriate and reliable corporate information in a timely and fair manner without concealing it is an important management issue for ensuring management transparency and is indispensable for gaining the understanding and trust of all stakeholders.
For this reason, in addition to complying with the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and other laws and regulations as well as stock exchange rules, we actively disclose information deemed important to shareholders and other stakeholders that is not required to be disclosed in accordance with laws and regulations.

Methods of Information Disclosure

In accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and the Tokyo Stock Exchange's rules for timely disclosure, we will strive to disclose information promptly and fairly through a timely disclosure communication system (TDnet). Information disclosed to the TDnet is also promptly posted on this website.
We also intend to proactively disclose information that does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules to the extent possible to meet the needs of investors.
Please note that the time of disclosure of information on the IR website may be delayed due to problems with the system or due to preparations for posting the information.

We may provide information about our performance forecasts, such as disclosure information submitted to the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Blackout period

To ensure fairness for our shareholders and investors, we set the three-week period prior to the announcement of our quarterly financial results as a silent period.
During the silent period, we refrain from answering questions or commenting on our financial results and earnings forecasts.
However, we will disclose information in a timely manner in accordance with the Rules for Timely Disclosure, if there is any prospect that performance forecasts will be significantly disappointed during the silent period.
